Whether its your own sketch or a Spirit creation, our London pattern room enables us to produce high quality samples, whilst meeting crucial customer deadlines.
With the current focus on sustainability, we offer a wide range of eco and recycled fabrics, complete with the relevant certification.
Manufacturing Hub - Vietnam
Working in partnership with the London office, Spirit has an established hub office in Ho Chi Minh City, within close proximity to its portfolio of factories. The office is home to a team of experienced merchandisers and quality controllers, responsible for managing the critical path and ensuring quality standards are met at all times.
Lead times for a landed UK delivery range from 14 weeks by Air to 23 weeks by Sea.
London Pattern Room
Our designers are supported by a skilled team of pattern cutters and sample machinists based in the London office. A major asset of Spirit's service is that the garment sealing process takes place in the UK. Our in-house garment techs and pattern cutters work closely together to interpret and carry out the customers requests efficiently.
Quality Control
Spirit employ an experienced team of QCs on the ground in Vietnam, responsible for overseeing production in the factories and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. The QCs produce an AQL inspection report for each order prior to shipment, which is then repeated by our QC team in the UK.
